Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This policy explains what information MockupLite (“we”, “us”), operated by
independent developer Azmat Khan, collects when you visit mockuplite.com or use the MockupLite studio, how it
is used, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
When you use MockupLite, we may collect the following information:
- Authentication Data: When you sign in with Google, we collect your basic profile
information (name, email address, profile picture) as provided by Google.
- Payment Information: We use authorized payment processors (Paddle / Lemon Squeezy) as
our Merchant of Record. We do not directly collect or store your credit card numbers. Our payment
provider supplies transaction IDs and purchase status to allocate your digital credits.
- Screenshots you upload: To render device frames, the screenshots you add to the studio
are sent over HTTPS to our rendering server. See section 3 for how long they are kept.
- Log and device data: Like most websites, our hosting provider and the third-party
services listed below automatically receive standard technical information such as your IP address,
browser type, referring page, and the pages you visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies: See sections 5 and 6.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide and improve the Service, manage your account and digital credit
balance, process transactions securely, keep the Service secure, and — on our public guide pages
— display advertising that helps keep those guides free.
3. Data Storage and Security
User accounts and credit balances are stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. We implement
standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access or disclosure. We do not
permanently store the images or screenshots you upload: they are held briefly in server memory to render
your previews and exports, are never written to permanent storage, and are never shared or used for any
other purpose.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services:
- Google Firebase: For hosting, authentication and database storage.
- Paddle / Lemon Squeezy: For secure payment processing.
- Google AdSense: For displaying advertisements on our public guide pages (ads are not
shown inside the studio editor).
5. Advertising and Google AdSense
We use Google AdSense to show ads on mockuplite.com. In connection with this:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits
to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on
your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s
Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a
third-party vendor’s use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting
www.aboutads.info.
- To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see
How Google uses
information from sites or apps that use our services.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent message,
provided through Google’s consent management platform, before personalised ads or advertising
cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings link shown on the
page.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. MockupLite uses:
- Essential storage: to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as light or
dark theme (browser local storage).
- Advertising cookies: set by Google and its partners on our guide pages, as described
in section 5.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent you from
signing in to the studio.
7. Children’s Privacy
MockupLite is a tool for app developers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal
information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, or deletion of, your account and associated data at any time by
contacting us. Upon deletion, any remaining digital credits will be forfeited.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
10. Contact
